Marlene and Rebecca have recommendations for easing back onto the water, getting into a single scull gracefully and working effectively at rates 24-26.

06:00 Recommendations for easing back onto the water. 50 – 30 – 20 – 10. In week 1 do 50% of what you would normally have done before Lockdown; week 2 do 30% less than normal i.e. 70% of your normal workload, then week 3 is 80% and week 4 is 90%.
