Stock programs for Head Racing and 1k Racing are standardized. You need qualified guidance and a steady progression and Faster Masters Individual subscription is much more specific.

Focus on holding the handle correctly.

20:00 Improving bladework. Marlene is on the warpath over sloppy bladework. What to do about it.
Spend the time. There is no limit on improving bladework as you age (unlike fitness and boat speed). Be diligent about your bladework, without it you have schumutz.
