As a general rule if you’ve been off for 8 weeks it will take you 8 – 12 weeks to get back into fitness after any illness or injury. Plan a gradual return. Myocarditis is inflammation of the heart muscle and is a real risk post-Covid19. Check with your doctor that you have normal cardiac function.
