– Know where you row – indigenous geography and history of your river / lake
25:00 Adaptive rowing Coaching Certification. The most successful clubs are those who have a flexible program with the goal of building coach confidence. We want to create trust. If you want to take the needs assessment survey, it’s being mailed next week.
