Hi there! I’m David, the founder of RowHero. We help coaches turn their team erg data into free speed on the water.

To do this, we have an iOS and Android app called RowHero, which collects stroke-by-stroke erg data in real-time and helps both athletes and coaches use that data to level up their process.

We capture several metrics that the Concept2 doesn’t share, like stroke length, off-strokes, force curve smoothness, and peak force position. These are key to translating your erg performance to the water.
