Hi, enjoyed the podcast. How do you approach the 20 minute test? Do you recommend a watts test? I have used one from another group and it helps me find a drag factor but I think it is more CrossFit focused.

Great podcast. I’m looking forward to ur next one. I have a quick question: when you describe the 20 minute time trial program, what would be the rate for each of the 6 phases that you mention?

Tom, the 20 minute test is one piece, rating as high as you can sustain for the whole duration. The 6 training zones are derived from the result of this test.
