Jim Dietz and Mark Wilson have been conducting high quality rowing camps around the world since 1999.

They have been instructing sculling and sweep for decades and enjoy meeting new people and making friends wherever they go.

Three main camp arrangements are either

• when rowers come to their camps in Florida,
• or host clubs bring AARC to a club for a private coached camp over 2-4 days
• or you join a fully inclusive rowing camp to a fantastic location in Europe like Portugal, Slovenia, Italy, Netherlands, Croatia, Montenegro or some other wonderful location.

In 2022 it was 30 years ago I started to offer sculling courses in the skiff in Europe for recreational rowers who are quite often not finding enough coaching to improve. After organising and coaching countless week courses at special locations with many happy international participants, I decided to change the organization.

Coaching becomes a spearhead!

The RSR Dev Team is a junior women’s empowerment camp – focusing on building character. We believe in building young leaders who are good teammates and community citizens; we use rowing to do it. The RSR Dev Team is a high performance junior women’s rowing team that focuses on consistent hard work coupled with mental skills training and guided self-exploration to empower female athletes to define their values, motivation and purpose through sport. Athletes train for 5+ hours per day and spend 60-90 minutes a day doing leadership work- self reflection to start to understand their authentic self and learning concepts and tools to help them with distress tolerance, emotional management and building their character strength of bravery.
