Benjamin Cox founded RowUK to bring rowing to young people in schools who have never rowed before.  Working in partnership with the University of Leeds, Ben dreams of showing young people a pathway towards a life where sport and education allow them to fulfil their goals and build a strong future.  His vision and method is clear and he explains it fully in our chat.
