Rowers understand the benefits of this sport go well beyond competition. In these trying times, let’s come together as a community to do something fun while continuing to enjoy the physical and mental health benefits of rowing and friendly competition.
“All you need to participate is a Concept 2 ergometer, internet connection, and a little sense of humor,” added Ryan.
